Thr cymbidiums were not available but they replaced with beautiful phalaenopsis and it was gorgeous! I have never had a bad experience with Cattails! ---- Florist's Response: Hi Lexie!! I ordered the arrangement shown online without reading that this particular arrangement required more notice and I needed one in a few hours. The florist called and kindly explained the situation and offered me several comparable options. I asked them to make the choice. The arrangement I received was stunning. I would choose this florist again in a minute for their excellent customer service, patience with my error and impeccable taste.
