My parents have been long-time customers at Cattails, but the product I ordered for Mother's Day was above and beyond the outstanding service and quality that they have come to expect. Perfection!!! I am out of state and wanted to send my Mom flowers for Mother’s Day. Some of the people have allergies in the house and I requested some substitutions in the arrangement. I was concerned that the changes would cheapen the look of the elegant arrangement or that less fancy flowers would be used. NOT AT ALL! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous!! All that I had hoped it would be! And the message I had typed up online was actually hand written!. Truly a really nice personalized touch. 100% satisfied! And my Mom LOVED them!!
