Cattails has organized their operation so that: (a) the shopper has a good view and description of the choices; (b) there are a range of upgrade options; (c) the floral design examples are much like the arrangement delivered, as shown by photographs from the recipient; (d) email confirmation at the time of order; (e) acknowledgement of delivery; (f) a note to the florist section to add information about the delivery; and (g) an opportunity via email to write a review.
